From last 12 we have received huge response from our farmers for our well established papaya varieties Iceberry and Greenberry,  your confidence in us has made us able to develop new papaya variety, last 5 years we have been developing it and after all field trail and testing we are ready to launch it, It Is - "Sunberry".

This New Papaya Variety belongs to Red lady segment and that is why it is the one and only reliable alternative of Red Lady 786. It is similar or I can say same as Red Lady 786.

 it is rapid, high yield, Plants begin to bear fruit at 60-80 cm height and have over 35-40 fruits per plant in each fruit-setting season. Fruits are short oblong on female plants and long-shaped on bisexual plants, weighing about 1.5-2 kg. Flesh is vigorous, red, with 12.5% sugar content, and aromatic. Good for long transportation 

One thing You should keep in consideration that this variety is not strong tolerant against Papaya ring spot virus as Iceberry or Greeberry,

It similar tolerant against PRSV as Red Lady 786.
